Remote Learning

Belton All Saints Primary School: Remote Learning Provision

Following government announcements, schools have been directed to provide Remote Learning in the event of full school closure, bubble closure or for an individual child who is self-isolating due to Covid-19.

During these difficult times we would like to support families the best way that we can. In the event your child has to access Remote Learning your child’s class teacher will upload work via our DB Primary platform for completion There will be some activities that your child can complete independently and others where they may need some guidance. As always, our priority is the children and their well-being. If you have any questions please contact the school office on admin.beltonprimary@northlincs.gov.uk

If your child does not have access to a computer/laptop and/or the internet, we will do all we can to support you and will provide paper packs of learning. Where funding can be accessed, remote devices (eg, laptops) and/or 4G connections will be sought, particularly for disadvantaged children.  Parents will be reminded to make the school aware of any barriers to accessing remote learning.

Weblinks

In addition to DBprimary, we have set up a series of weblinks for each Key Stage. These are presented on a 'Padlet' (digital noticeboard) which can be accessed by clicking on the links below. In the event of pupils needing to self isolate in the future, staff will email pupils tasks to do on specific sites and will ask for an email or DBPrimary entry to share their learning.

If you have any questions about any of the tasks pupils have been set please email your child's teacher or the admin team.

We also have Websites and apps that school have subscribed to.

Pupils have been given login details to the following websites. Many of these can be downloaded as apps on Apple or Android devices.

Times Tables Rockstars: (KS2 only)

Doodle Maths (some children across KS2)

Nessy (some children across KS 2)
